When will I get my order?

It takes 7-14 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 7- 14 business days and INTL 7-20 business days

Stickers, Notebooks + Notepads: Phoenix, AZ

All other products: Distribution centers all over the US

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

NOTE: USPS is experiencing some delays and sometimes orders are not being reported. Please be patient with USPS.

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, but the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@stormynesbit.com with your order number.

My order said it was delivered, but I never received it. What happens next?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. If they don’t please report a claim via USPS to get a refund. In the event that the order is lost due to a USPS issue, you will not be eligible for a refund from StormyNesbit.com.

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality printer located in Phoenix, Arizona and various distributors around the US.

A part of my order is missing?

Sometimes parts of your order will ship separately. Send an email to help@stormynesbit.com if you have any questions or concerns.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@stormynesbit.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@stormynesbit.com within 10 days of receiving the product (based off Postal delivery stamp via assigned tracking number) with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution within 10 business days.

I put down the wrong address and my order was returned to sender.

If your order has the wrong address, send an email to hello@stormynesbit.com with the order number and correct address.

If the item hasn’t been shipped we will change it for you and send it to the correct address.

If your order is returned to sender, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will have to pay for a new order.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@stormynesbit.com

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@stormynesbit.com within 10 days of receiving the product (based off Postal delivery stamp via assigned tracking number) with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution within 10 business days.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@stormynesbit.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
